Below is the information for Couplet Pairs – Workouts 3, 4 & 5.

Teams will divide themselves into three pairs. Pairs can be male/female, female/female or male/male.  There is no time allotted for transition, the workouts happen back-to-back-to-back however, teams will be able to move to the next station early if they wish, however they will not be able to begin the next workout until the designated time. There will be one judge assigned to each team. Pairs can split up the work any way, however each person must complete at least one successful rep for the score to count. Only one team member is allowed to work at a time, and only pair competing at the time is allowed in the set workout area.

Note: These are three separate and distinct scoring opportunities. As always strive to make your reps unquestionably correct. Judges have been instructed to discard questionable reps.
