We created the UG Series to make competition inclusive to your entire community. There are such a small  number of athletes that qualify for the CrossFit Games, but there are many more that enjoy testing themselves amongst their peers.

Our locations are spectacular. All of our events are outside, so we can enjoy the elements that Ontario has to offer, whether it’s Canada’s largest freshwater beach in Wasaga, or the beautiful winter ski resort at Blue Mountain. We try to utilize the natural terrain to make all of our workouts unique and challenging.

It is our goal to grow the fitness community, by providing the best experience for both athletes and spectators alike.
